There are a total of 20 pages (no endless ones for now). The pass will last for one season (3 months) and costs $10. It can also be obtained with the game's editions: Deluxe Edition (1 season pass) or Elite Nightfall Edition (4 passes for a year).
Free rewards are also available in the free supply pass, but as you can see, their quantity is limited.
You can progress through the pass by earning experience from challenges (weekly, etc.) or just by playing and gaining XP.
