OpenMandriva Lx 3.02 Installation + Guest Additions on Oracle VirtualBox [2017]

This video tutorial shows OpenMandriva Lx 3.02 installation on Oracle VirtualBox step by step. This tutorial is also helpful to install OpenMandriva Lx 3 on physical computer or laptop hardware. We also install Guest Additions on OpenMandriva Lx for better performance and usability features: Automatic Resizing Guest Display, Shared Folder, Seamless Mode and Shared Clipboard, Improved Performance and Drag and Drop.

Steps:
1- Create Virtual Machine on Oracle VirtualBox
2- Start OpenMandriva Lx 3.02 Installation
3- Install VirtualBox Guest Additions on OpenMandriva Lx
4- Test Guest Additions Features: Automatic Resizing Guest Display and Shared Clipboard

OpenMandriva Lx 3.02 New Features and Improvements
The OpenMandriva project is a fork of the Mandriva family of Linux distributions. The project's latest release, OpenMandriva Lx 3.02, features a number of package updates, including the Plasma 5.9.5 desktop environment, Wayland 1.12.0, systemd 233 and version 4.11 of the Linux kernel. OpenMandriva's kernel uses the BFQ scheduler for improved desktop performance. The distribution ISO is bootable in BIOS or UEFI from USB stick or DVD and uses the Calamares installer to guide you through installation with the minimum of effort. The ISO also offers a means of booting EFI partitions should they become inaccessible because of boot order changes. This distribution has been successfully installed and run on a dual-graphics chip notebook using Bumblebee.

OpenMandriva Lx 3.02 Minimum System Requirements
OpenMandriva Lx 3.02 requires at least 2.0 GB of memory (min 1,5GB), at least 10 GB of hard drive space (see below for known issues with partitioning). If you wish to run the live distribution (the option to Start OpenMandriva Lx at the CD boot screen), you must have at minimum 1.5 GB of memory. At least 2 GB of memory is recommended for optimal performance. Release is available for x86_64 architecture, The i586 and ARM architectures are being worked on, but are not yet available for this release.
