A friend of mine Sophia (22) Uni student and active sports participant. Works during the summer at my favirite Veranda caffee at Marathi beach.
She had her first episode of acute LBP, thinks possible related to work for many hours ( season start).
She was unable to work for a week or so and was getting distressed, she wrote to me to ask for help and advise and was due to visit the hospital on the next day. I asked her to wait with the doctor visit until I could see her the next day.
I tested her and gave her to sets of SNAG in 4 point kneeling.
That was really the end of the story.
Three dats later, she was back at work with no symptoms.
It could be the treatment, it could be natural history!
But what we surley dont know is what would have happened witout the treatment
