More BS shifting with the Moza

This goes with my other 2 videos. I was recommended to recalibrate yet again. It was unplugged, I restarted the computer, went into Pithouse, plugged in the shifter and did the calibration. Going from Reverse gear to 7th and back. Afterwards, I went back into ATS to remap the gears and it was already doing the same thing as before.
@MOZARacingyour products may be good, but your customer support is subpar. 2 months and no response on a possible fix for this. I’ll gladly go back to my Logitech shifter that is 5+ years old but has yet to fail me. I purchased this 11 months ago from the Moza website and here we are - I have an almost $200 paperweight.
