Back at it again — this time in Chinatown, Melbourne, where I spent the day hitting some of the best spots around Little Bourke Street. From humble dumplings to seafood and deep-fried skewers, this one had range. Here's everywhere I ate:

01:10 🥟 Pork Xiao Long Bao at Shanghai Street
Started strong with these classic soup dumplings — thin skin, juicy filling, and a solid slurp of broth in every bite.

03:09 🦪 Oysters & Uni at Muli Express
Yep, oysters and uni in Chinatown — and they were fresh. Unexpected but easily one of the highlights.

05:04 🍤🐔🍽️ Prawn Wonton, Chicken Feet & Goose Foie Gras at Crystal Jade
Tried a bit of everything here. The prawn wontons were silky and rich, the chicken feet had a great glaze, and yes — they had foie gras on the menu.

07:01 🥃 Tasting Set at Moutai Bar
A quick break from the food for a little spirits tasting — elegant pours and strong flavours. Worth a visit for something different.

08:29 🐟 Fried Tilapia at Me Dee
This one was a curveball — crispy fried whole fish, flaky inside, bold Thai flavours.

10:10 🍢 Skewers at KuaFood Deep Fried Skewers
Cheap, crunchy, and addictive. Grabbed a bunch of skewers here and instantly regretted not getting more.

11:48 🍩 Donuts at Joey’s Doughies
Wrapped things up sweet — soft, warm, and filled donuts made fresh while you wait. A perfect finish.
📍 Joey’s Doughies
Melbourne’s Chinatown absolutely delivered — mix of classic and modern, cheap eats and high-end bites, all packed into a few city blocks.
