Classic Sonic Simulator: Hydro Reactor, Act 2

The inner sections of the power plant, almost completely covered in the ominous red light from the core.

After being pushed beyond what it can handle, the core is rapidly becoming unstable. The water is nearly constantly electrified, the fans are spinning so fast at times they may aswell be sawblades, and Sonic is trapped in the middle of it all.
The only escape is destroying the core, but that could only end in a disastrous explosion...

Yes, test server is partially fixed on mobile again.

Don't think this is as cool as Act 1 was, but I still like it a lot, as gimped as it is in CSS.
I was originally gonna delay this until I remade the miniboss music, since I'm not fond of it anymore, but I haven't had any ideas on where to start with it.
I used the character boss theme instead and it fits better, so oh well I guess.

Foreground effects really would've added to the second half of this level since the place is exploding.. Sure, I could've edited in some sprites, but I don't like them appearing over the mobile buttons/HUD. Just looks wrong to me.
