As access to cannabinoids for chronic pain continues to expand, clinicians are increasingly confronted with questions about its safety, efficacy, and role in long-term management. The August journal club examines the American College of Physicians' 2025 clinical guidance on cannabis and cannabinoids for chronic noncancer pain.
