i was always super skinny, almost sick looking, when i was growing up and i never thought i could be anything else. a little over a year ago, i thought “FUCK THAT” and started doing my research and hitting the gym. i’m a hard gainer, and i’m still kinda skinny, but i LOOK and FEEL better than i ever had!! the tips in this video are the only reason i was able to start taking control of my life when i did, and you can do the same. i may not be all the way to my goals yet, but i’m on my way. don’t give up!!
