Losing weight at 70 is challenging, and rapid loss can lead to saggy skin, looking gaunt, or even appearing older. I’ve found that a slower approach works best, allowing my skin time to adjust. My Apple Watch has been my biggest support, helping me monitor my active calories. 🏊‍♀️ Walking and swimming are my go-to fitness routines, and the Silver Sneakers program has been a game-changer, giving us free access to gyms! 🏋️‍♀️ I’m also careful about what I eat and take supplements like Colon Broom.
