It's time for a blast from the past. Quake II may've gotten a really good remaster but we mustn't forget the classics. The Blockade by Michael Shand - author of Saving Private Bitterman - is a level that I initially didn't like due to its overly linear design and some in-your-face trigger spawning. I enjoyed it a lot more on repeat playthroughs however and that's definitely in no small part due to the constant action, the abundance of explosive barrels and good encounter design.
