As always, before we get started - this is a 1969 Volkswagen Beetle Restoration Project, named Helen Wheels. This restoration began in October 2020 and officially finished October 2024. All the footage you see is from past Reels and Posts shared to my Instagram page - @annies_vw

In this episode, I tackle repairing the bolt holes where the fender mounts to the body. Since there’s no suitable aftermarket piece for this area, I had to fabricate my own solution. It’s one of those small but critical repairs that can’t be ignored if you want everything to bolt up properly in the end. As always, this footage is re-released from my Instagram reels and formatted into a montage with useful tips along the way.
