In 2009, George Lucas began work on a Star Wars cartoon that took a comedic look at his beloved space opera. He enlisted Robot Chicken creators Seth Green and Matt Senreich for help. They, along with a team of talented creatives worked on the project, in earnest, for years. The team produced dozens of complete, ready to air episodes. Sadly, it was never meant to be.
That is the show we'll be discussing today as we go over the development and cancellation of the lost Star Wars tv show, Star Wars: Detours.
