How to remove the intake manifold to remove swirl flaps. Alfa Romeo 1.9 MultiJet 16v

Hello guys! Here is a practical guide on how to do all the work for these engines. It will do for 1.9 MultiJet, 2.4 MultiJet and is also very similar to other engines. With this level of workmanship I would not recommend anything less than professional cleaning and conversion or cancellation at a machine shop. This labor should also be used to replace the timing kit, access the block freeze plugs or caps, renew or repair the high pressure pump and take care of the EGR system.
