But Cadillac isn't just the gentlest, prettiest sorrel in town, he has the size, confirmation, athletic ability and speed to perform any task with ease. From cutting a cow, to heading and heeling steers, breakaway or tie down roping. Along with all that talent he also has the brains to go with it. Saddles up and rides off kind and gentle regardless of how long he's been laid off. The ultimate choice to ride when sorting cattle on the ranch, dragging calves in the branding pen or just out for a leisurely trail ride across the creeks and through the mountains. He will stride out with a smooth country covering trot or collect down into a nice slow lope. Fancy spins and a big stop. Cadillac is a proven heel horse that doesn't require the pushing of fancy buttons to get an honest shot for any level rider/roper. Started very well in the heading and breakaway roping along with loping the barrels. Hannah and I are blessed to live on a huge ranch in Montana where we actually get to perform all these tasks on our horses on a daily basis and then we spend the winter months refining their skills in the arena in Arizona.
