Bangkok's Five Star Aetas Lumphini Hotel--Who Doesn't Like Bathtubs With Views?

In this video we take you on a jaunt through the club level corner suite at Aetas Lumphini. This 5 star hotel is in the Sathon neighborhood and within walking distance to Lumphini Park, Silom and Patpong Night Market. It's only a five minute walk to the subway too.
One of our favorite things to do in Bangkok is to snag a super deal on luxury hotels. Bangkok has so many incredible hotels--the competition is stiff and the prices are super competitive. We paid just over $100 a night for this room. Corner suite, huge bath tub, walk in closet, daily laundry, free mini-bar... plus the club privileges. Oh my, those club perks are awesome.
We love the design of the club room--wonderfully stylish, fantastic views and something fun to eat or drink all day. Made to order breakfast, afternoon tea service (including a tiered platter filled with sweet and savory delights), evening cocktails and enough canapes that you can easily turn into a dinner.
Traveling for us includes doing a ton of walking, exploring and constantly seeking out new experiences. We've found that treating ourselves to a stay in a five star hotel like this can be a rejuvenating balance to all that activity. It would be easy to spend two or three days just living at this hotel. We didn't do that. But we could imagine doing that. Easily.
