Ingredients:
Haitian Epis (Seasoning Blend):
• 1 small bunch parsley
• 1 small bunch cilantro
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 small red onion, chopped
• 3-4 garlic cloves
• 2 green onions (scallions)
• 1 sprig thyme
• 1-2 Scotch bonnet peppers (optional, for heat)
• 2 tsp lime juice or vinegar
• 2-3 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tsp Maggie ( optional )
Blend all to your liking. Enjoy!
