🔴 Black Women in Toxic Jobs | LIVE Discussion - Going From "Pet To Threat"™ In The Workplace - International Panel Part 2

"Pet To Threat"™ refers to when a Black Woman is initially praised for her outstanding work performance. This praise however shifts to being seen as and treated like a threat when a Black Woman's outstanding work performance outshines the performance of others at the job, particularly those in leadership positions.

The "Pet To Threat"™ term and research was originated by Drs. Juanita Johnson-Bailey, Kecia Thomas, and Rosemary Phelps.
