The Empire Group has just rolled out their latest '7 STAR' Condo project on Jomtien Beach and I was invited to the REVEAL PARTY where they have begun selling off-the-plan, 34 square metre - 105 square metre luxury apartments within the most futuristic project I've ever seen take place in Thailand.

The amenities within are unlike any other condo I've visited - 10+ pools, dozens of jacuzzi's, theatres, underground salt caves, 4D meditation arenas, co-working spaces, business lounges, a learn-to-swim hydro pool, a rooftop aquatic centre, child care, muay thai gym, spin class bicycle gym, saunas, steam rooms, spa's, Himalayan rock salt rooms, the list goes on and on and on... I just don't think any other condo will be able to compete with this new construction and those with some money, they're going to flock to this one surely?
