🔶 Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Ingredients-:
Condensed milk - 400g
Dark Compound Chocolate - 300g
Walnut - 1cup
Cocoa Powder - 1tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tbsp
Butter - 2tbsp
Water - 2cup

Method-:
For Caramelized condensed milk:
Placed the condensed milk in a pressure cooker with water in it and boil it for 3 whistles.
Roast walnut in a pan for 2mimutes.
Take a double bas and melt butter and then add dark chocolate and caramelized condensed milk in it.
Stir till the chocolate melts completely.
Add cocoa powder and vanilla essence and mix well.
Grease a pan with butter and add pour batter into the pan.
Let it chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours until set.
Serve it well.
