This 11-minute Core Endurance Pilates workout is designed to build dynamic strength, deep core stability, and muscular endurance, using intentional, controlled movement inspired by both Reformer Pilates and Lagree training methods.
This session challenges your rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, shoulders, and hips — helping you develop a stronger, more resilient core.
No matter what machine you have — Allegro, Balanced Body, Stott, AeroPilates, Megaformer, Mini-Former, or another — you can easily follow this sequence. Adjust your springload based on where you're starting on your machine (details below).

Forearm Plank Hold – Deep stabilization
Walk the Plank – Core endurance + shoulder control
Cannonball Crunch – Rectus abdominis focus
Saw – Rotational strength + obliques
Crunch – Classic upper core activation
