Budget with me as I take you through the process I follow each and every fortnight (bi weekly). This budgeting method has been the thing that's made all the difference to get us out of the paycheck to paycheck cycle. I use a digital cash envelope system and work off a zero based budget. Giving every dollar a job has really helped us keep our spending in line with our goals, and the digital cash envelope system makes it SO EASY to stick to spending limits without having to track our expenses every day. I take 10ish minutes to review the budget and make the transfers every 2 weeks and that's it, it's super hands off otherwise.
