大欖涌水塘越野單車徑 - 簡稱: 環塘 - 屬低難度的綠路徑，適合初階程度的騎踏越野單車人士使用，視為山地車入門路段。
主要由一條約 17 km 環繞大欖水塘之路線（50% 石屎路+50% 越野路）+ 幾條支路構成一個越野單車徑網絡（亦會不斷拓展 / 掘新路）。
可從荃錦坳經 M9 （M9 亦屬於此單車徑），或大帽山郊遊徑（亦屬於此單車徑），或從大棠、黃金海岸、大欖監獄、青龍頭進出。

越野路段(逆走)
路線: 吉慶橋至小草地
距離: 約8公里
升降: 約500米
等級: 綠色級

The Tai Lam Chung Reservoir Mountain Bike Trail, also known as "Tai Tong Po", is a low-difficulty green trail suitable for beginners in off-road cycling and is considered an entry-level section for mountain biking.

The main route is a 17-kilometer loop around the Tai Lam Chung Reservoir, consisting of 50% paved roads and 50% off-road trails, along with several side trails that form a network of mountain bike trails (which are constantly expanding and exploring new routes). The trail can be accessed from different points, including Tsuen Kam Au via M9 (which is also part of the trail), Tai Mo Shan Country Park (which is also part of the trail), as well as from Tai Tong, Golden Beach, Tai Lam Correctional Institution, and Ching Long Tau.

Off-road section (reverse direction)
From Kau Lung Hang Bridge to Siu Chau Tin.
It covers a distance of about 8 kilometers,
with an elevation gain of about 500 meters.
It is graded as a green-level trail.
