This DIY Beach Wheelchair Gave People Their First Time Back on the Sand

In this video, Charlie heads down to Horseneck Beach in Westport, MA for an event organized by Gnome Surf and Empower, two incredible organizations working to make the beach more inclusive. Charlie brought along his custom-built beach wheelchairs/buggies, lending them out so others with disabilities could enjoy the sand and water.
