Ipswich is the largest town in Suffolk. It is 67 miles north-east of London and about 180,000 people live here. The video was filmed at 2.30 on June 9th 2023. The drive starts by the railway station (on the left) in Burrell Road and turns right into Princes Street. This crosses the River Orwell and, after a brief detour to avoid its buses only section, continues past Portman Road on the left. At the traffic lights the first time we cross Civic Drive and venture into the town centre passing the glass fronted Willis building on the right. The road becomes Friar Street and Falcon Street before we can go no further due to pedestrian only areas. We then return to the traffic lights in Princes Street and this time turn left into Civic Drive. At the roundabout we go left into Handford Road and then left at the traffic lights into Portman Road. At the football ground we turn right into Sir Alf Ramsey Way. After that we move to St Margaret's Street north of the town centre starting outside the Regent Theatre (out of shot on the right) and passing Majors Corner statue on the roof of the toilets on the left by the bus. The road becomes Crown Street and passes the Bus Station before turning left into Peel Street behind Debenhams. The trip ends in Lloyds Avenue outside Club 2000. Not far from there is the end of Princes Street. Had we continued along Crown Street and turned left we'd have returned to Civic Drive.
