Photovoltaic Solar Panel: A Practical Lab Exercise

In this video, our training specialist performs part of exercise 2 of the course "Solar Power" using the Electric power technology learning system from Festo Didactic, also known as EMS LabVolt 8010.

Key learning outcomes of this exercise include explaining the operating principles of a photovoltaic cell, plotting the characteristic voltage-current curve of a PV cell, and describing the effects of irradiance on the power output of solar panels.
