Harriman/Bear Mtn State Parks - Doodletown Revisit and the Bears are in Town!

After weather closed out my days for the Adirondacks and Catskills, I found myself in Harriman State Park for yet another local adventure. This time around I heading back to the old town of Doodletown (in Bear Mtn State Park) to see how much it has changed in the past 5 years.
What started out as an ambitious goal to visit the entire town transformed into a short stay as a Mama bear and 2 cubs had pre-existing plans that did not include me being there.
All in all it was a fantastic few days of nothing but pure hiking, something I've been needing for a long time.
