For pakwan ingredients
1.5 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1/4 tbsp carom
1/4 cup water or as required
oil for frying

For dal
1cup chanadal
2 cup water to boil
1 green chilly
salt to taste
for temporing
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp cumin
2 pinch of hing
1/4 tbsp garam masalo
2 cup water


green chutney
1 cup green coriander
2 tbsp mint
4 to 5 green chilly
1 inch ginger
raw mango
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp daliya dal
1/2 cup chilled water

bateta u shaak
4 boiled potato
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp red chilly powder
salt to taste
some water


red chutney
1/2 boiled mashed potato
1.5 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp black salt
salt to taste
3/4 cup water
mix together all
