DISCLAIMER: I am in no way responsible if you damage your pc. BIOS settings can be sensitive so be careful about the things you enable or disable. The risk is in your own hands.
1. Boot Into BIOS
2. Disable CSM
3. Enable Secure Boot And Change Mode to Standard
4. Enable Intel Platform Trust Technology
5. Go to advanced, Trusted Computing, Enable Security Device Support.
6. Save and reboot
EDIT: Make sure fast boot is disabled.
ALSO IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ENABLE SECURITY DEVICE SUPPORT, YOUR MOTHERBOARD MAY NOT HAVE A ONBOARD TPM 2.0 MODULE. IN OTHER WORDS YOU HAVE TO UPGRADE YOUR MOTHERBOARD AS IT DOES NOT SUPPORT 2.0 TPM
