The Lea Rig is a love poem by the beloved Scottish Poet Robert Burns, which he set to a traditional melody. Burns Night Suppers are help all around the world in honor of Burns's birthday on January 25th. Celebrations include highland bagpipes, harps, dancing and poetry, as well as feasting on traditional fare of haggis and tatties with neeps, all washed down with whisky.
The harp is a Cithara Nova model by John Westling of Sandpiper Harps (no longer made)
