Hi! My name is Marina, and I am a transformational coach. I primarily work with empaths who are also high achievers in supporting them to become the most empowered version of themselves.
I know that deciding to invest in coaching can feel really scary.
In this video, I decided to share my story of how I decided to invest in coaching for myself: it was hard and scary, and there were many moments of utter fear and terror! So if that's you, I totally get it!
I want to support you in making the right decision for you! Know that no matter what you decide, I am always on your side. No one knows you better than you know yourself, and you are the only person that can make the best decision for yourself!
I truly believe that our body is very smart. When it's ready to do the inner work, it will tell you. When it's not, then it's not the time yet! And that is completely fine. We also need breaks from doing this work sometimes.
At the end of the video, I share an exercise for supporting you in making decisions that are hard and confusing.
