Gram flour - 1½ cup
Shallots - 15 to 20 nos / onion - 2 medium size
Green chilli - 3 nos
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 5 to 8
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 to 3/4 / kashmiri chilli powder - 1½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil
Curry leaves -few
Coriander leaves -few
Water as required
