Devils Rock in Yengo NP on the V-Strom 1000

A day Ride to a small section of Yengo National Park known as Devils Rock. The video starts in the Pokolbin wine region around the Hunter Valley taking in the views over Cessnock from Mt. View. I try out my new DJI Neo drone and take some photos with my Canon 700D camera. (old model, but new to me).
Coming down from Mt. View I ride through to Wollombi to get onto Yango Creek Road which I have never been on before. This takes me through to Boree Valley Road heading towards Yengo NP. I put the DJI Mini 3 Pro drone up while I'm having a break and get some great views of the area.
Entering into signposted tracks I take the V-Strom DL1000 tentatively along the Boree Track to get to my turn-around point of Devils Rock. I grab some more drone footage with the DJI Neo and DJI Mini 3 Pro which complement each other capabilities and versatilities over and around Devils Rock.
I double back the way I came as warnings of locked gates prevent a round trip. Passing through Laguna I take a rest stop at Anzac Reserve in Wollombi and put the DJI Mini 3 Pro drone up once again. Even though the temperature is around 32°C the blue sky behind the white clouds and tree covered mountains makes a great backdrop for the village buildings.
I wind up the video with a walk around Anzac Reserve and acknowledgement of the end of 2024. (voice audio is a little hard to understand - believe I have learnt a lesson here and will be better next time).
