In this 8K video of Switzerland, we present a beautiful day well spent. We start from the valley station of the Stockhornbahn cable car situated in the town of Erlenbach im Simmental in the Bernese Oberland. Here, we board the first cable car to the middle station "Chrindi" (1642 m) and then the second cable car to the Stockhorn mountain (2190 m / 7185 ft). Stockhorn mountain is one of the gems of the Bernese alps, overlooking the region of Lake Thun in the Bernese Oberland. After enjoying the breathtaking views of nature around the Stockhorn mountain peak, we hike down to the Lake Hinterstockensee and then return to the valley station via cable car from the middle station "Chrindi". We believe, you will experience one of the best vibes and views of Switzerland in this video with us :) Enjoy.
Arrival here: The town of Erlenbach im Simmental is located in the Bernese Oberland at the beginning of the Simmental valley in the direction of Lenk and Gstaad. The valley station of the Stockhornbahn is easily accessible by car from Bern in about 30 minutes and from Thun in about 15 minutes.
