Day 2 Rifugio Elena to Relais d'Arpette - 31km, 1146m+
Day 3 Relais d'Arpette to Tre-le-Champ - 25km, 1853m+
Day 4 Tre-le-Champ to Les Houches - 28km, 1760m+
Day 5 Les Houches to Refuge de Nant Borrant / Bivouac Area - 27km, 1363m+
Day 6 Refuge de Nant Borrant / Bivouac Area to Refuge Des Mottets - 16km, 1226m+
Day 7 Refuge Des Mottets to Courmayeur - 24km, 1207m+
