Hi!!!! I wanted to create a video talking about the effect of toxic people on your life. It's not that people aren't allowed to have tough days or that we should expect people to always be happy. There is a vast difference between having a bad day every once in a while and being toxic - and toxic/negative people are so detrimental to your life, you won't even really know how much they affect you until they're gone. Don't be afraid to be bold about your standards.

Also, last week I read this harrowing article about the suicide rates in the US being at an all-time high. The second sentence: "The rise was particularly steep for women." I know my audience is primarily women, so it was important for me to mention that we should discern between toxic people and people who need help.
