Ingredients:
1. Parboil Pork Leg
14 cups - water (enough to submerge ingredients)
5 pcs - bay leaves
1.8 kilos - pork leg
2. Sear/ Saute/ Simmer
3 tbsp - cooking oil
1/4 cup - garlic
1 cup - onion
2 tbsp - fish sauce
4 cups - water
3 pcs - used bay leaves
2 tbsp - peppercorns
toasted garlic
1/2 cup - vinegar
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 tbsp - dark soy sauce
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
2 tbsp - sugar
5 pcs - spicy chilis
Cooking Time: approximately 2 hours & 20 minutes
Serving: 3+ people
