SANGSANG GARLIC CHILI BEEF
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo beef, flank steak or sirloin, cut of choice
2 tablespoons Goodwill SangSang Garlic Chili Sauce
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil/cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, thin slices
1 clove red onion, cubes
1 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 carrot, cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
spring onion, diagonal strips
celery for garnish (optional)
