We just came back from a trip to Belgium and Heidelberg and had the amazing chance to record at the famous Maredsous abbey church! This is the small organ below the church which impressed me. It only has a hand-full of stops but sounds absolutely fantastic. The Principals are soft, Flutes bright and the Regal stop is just different.. I enjoyed this organ so much. Hope you'll like it too!!
The special thing about this instrument is the full pedal board which can be activated with a tiny switch behind the organist. Makes it possible to play full scale pieces like trio sonatas too! I hope you'll enjoy this short tour of the organ along with a showcase of all the stops included. There will be more videos of this fantastic organ!
