Thanks so much for joining me today for my fall garlic planting! I chose 8 different hard-neck garlic varieties to compare, starting with bulb and clove size, as well as clove number per bulb. I'm really excited to see how these stack up come spring when things start sprouting, to see their scapes grow, and to taste test each cultivar to see which we like best (raw AND cooked). If you have any other characteristics you'd like mentioned, please let me know and I'll try to make it happen for you.
