承上集，我們將解析IFRS S2的要求，重點講述IFRS S2與S1的分別、四大核心披露領域的解釋、各領域下的具體要求、實施挑戰等。

IFRS is the first set of sustainable development guidelines issued by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). It includes IFRS S1 "General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information" and IFRS S2 "Climate-related Disclosures."

Building upon the previous episode, we will analyse the requirements of IFRS S2. Highlighting the differences between IFRS S2 and S1, explanations of the four core disclosure areas, outlining the specific requirements within each area, and discussing implementation challenges.
