Описание:
-Cut and interface collar details. Cut flounce detail (here I cut it on straigt grain).
-Finish one side of flounce detail with smallest zigzag stitch. Carefully trim it. Cut flounce of desired width. Here 4cm (2,5cm flounce itself + 1,5cm seam allowance)
Gather it with tiny stitches
Baste flounce between two collar details.
Sew and turn.
