Horaku Manju (蜂楽饅頭)
Horaku Manju is a type of Imagawa-yaki produced and sold by the company of the same name and its group companies in Kumamoto Prefecture, Kyushu Region.
The head office is located in Minamata City in the south-western part of the same prefecture, but the group companies operate in all four prefectures of Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Miyazaki and Kagoshima.
The unique feature of Horaku Manju is said to be the unique sweetness achieved by kneading honey into the dough (it is necessary to check whether similar production methods exist in other regions).
This is also where the character for bee comes from in the name.

Eco Park Minamata (エコパーク水俣)
It stretches over 58 ha of reclaimed land. It includes Roadside Station Minamata and the beautiful Japanese garden Chikurin-en. On the coastline overlooking the elegantly named Koijishima Island, there is a 465 m long waterfront seawall where visitors can stroll while smelling the tides and hearing the sound of the waves. The promenade is an environmentally friendly construction and contains no preservatives of any kind.
