Abstract- In this talk, we will explore the emerging challenges and innovative solutions at the intersection of quantum computing and IoT security. As quantum technologies threaten to undermine classical cryptographic methods, we delve into post-quantum cryptographic techniques tailored for embedded devices. This presentation will address the practical challenges of deploying these advanced algorithms in resource-constrained environments, evaluate performance trade-offs, and share real-world case studies. Attendees will gain insights into securing the next generation of IoT devices against quantum threats while navigating the path toward a resilient, future-proof security landscape.
Bio- Shadab is a seasoned technology professional specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing. As a Senior Associate at MathCo, he spearheads innovations in Generative AI, shaping transformative solutions for tomorrow’s challenges. He also co-founded Quantum Computing India and has experience as a Developer Advocate at the London Stock Exchange Group.
Yara J. Fernandes is an International Director for Space, Quantum, and Economic Innovation for an international space mission with Space Kidz India. She has lifelong experience in quickly accumulating cultural intelligence and adaptability required for working in emerging markets, global collaboration, and international business development. She utilizes her talents to promote world peace and global collaboration.
She consistently builds and organizes multicultural, interdisciplinary teams across continents. Yara is a John Hopkins University alumni, scholarship awardee and advocate for gifted adults affected by conflict including sole survivors of war, orphans, and former foster youth.
