The Bajaj Pulsar 150 is the highest selling 150cc commuter bike in India. Despite it being long in the tooth, the combination of muscular style, good fuel efficiency and value for money makes it an extremely popular motorcycle in the two-wheeler market.
It uses a 149.5cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine that is fuel-injected and BS6 compliant. It delivers 13.8bhp and 13.4Nm of torque and comes mated to a five-speed transmission. The Pulsar 150 is suspended by telescopic front forks up front and dual springs with adjustable preload at the rear.
The motorcycle is now offering all new Digital Bluetooth Console with Mobile Charging Port and new Graphics, which is displayed in the Video.
TVS Motor Company has launched the 20th Anniversary version of the Apache RTR 160 in India. The motorcycle is now compliant with the new OBD-2B emissions norms. Additionally, TVS has also equipped the motorcycle with dual-channel ABS – a rare feature in this segment. Apart from the black-champaign livery updates, the motorcycle remains the same on all other fronts. The Apache RTR 160 is an old motorcycle, but has been quite popular in many regions of India. Hence, TVS has given it timely updates over its life span. The latest version gets ride modes and a data-intensive LCD console. The higher variants also get Bluetooth connectivity for giving access to mobile communication alerts and turn-by-turn navigation.
Powering the Apache RTR 160 is a 159.7cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. It develops 15.82bhp and 13.85Nm and is linked to a five-speed gearbox. This engine is held on by a double cradle frame that is suspended by telescopic front forks and gas-charged rear shocks. With a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres, the Apache RTR 160 is impressively light and tips the scales at 139kg (kerb).
