Hi friends! I was super anxious going into this test (pelvic mri defecography) so I thought I would film as much as I could for you and walk you through it just in case you might have to take this test in the future!

Test like these are so nerve wracking and they can really make you feel alone and embarrassed so I wanted to make a video showing of me going through it so you know you're not alone and that it really isn't to embarrassing! You got this!
