Vehicle restrictions are up to 5,300 mm in length, 2,050 mm in width, and 2,050 mm in height, and high-roof vehicles are also supported. The parking hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., with the last entry at 8:00 p.m. and the last exit at 10:30 p.m. The fee is 400 yen per 30 minutes (tax included), with a daily maximum of 3,500 yen (tax included). Payment can be made by cash, transportation IC cards, credit cards, QR code payments, QuickPay, and iD. The parking lot has excellent accessibility, about 2–3 minutes from the Shuto Expressway exits “Shiba Park” and “Shibaura,” making it convenient for both business and sightseeing.
