These cookies are so soft ♡
I got 14 cookies from this recipe (using a 2 tbsp cookie scoop)
🍂 Maple Snickerdoodles
3/4 cup (170g) softened butter (salted or unsalted)
2/3 cup (133g) light brown sugar
1/3 cup (67g) sugar
1/4 cup (80g) maple syrup
1 egg
1/2 tsp maple extract (you can sub with vanilla)
2 and 1/3 (280g) cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp cornstarch
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
🍂 Cinnamon Sugar
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
♡ Bake at 350F (177C) for 10-12 minutes
