After four posts of African Jazz from the Opika label with Belgian tenor saxophone player Fud Candrix, it's time for the guy who replaced him, Isaac Musekiwa.
This was in the mid-1950's.
Isaac stayed with Opika only for a short while, because he would spend most of his life as a member of O.K. Jazz. He died within months after Franco, as did Dessoin by the way.
Simaro speaks of the moment Isaac was introduced in Congo, recorded July 8th, 1991 in Brussels.
