SketchUp Linker 1.00 (free) — Link SketchUp Model Into 3ds Max

This tool will help you link SketchUp files into 3ds Max via an temporary FBX file. That helps you update your design in 3ds Max without wasting much effort re-assigning materials and modifiers to each object. When there are changes in SketchUp files, click reload in SketchUp Linker and everything will be automatically updated for you.

Note that the script will detach and then re-attach all the polygons by material. Therefore, groups and layers will not be retained. If you already use Lumion, this tool works with identical logic.
