Monique Rodriguez, is a first-generation successful American entrepreneur, where she combined her background in the healthcare field and her passion for beauty to develop Mielle Organics. Spending nine years as a registered nurse and developing a regimen for healthy, tailbone-length hair, where key attributes to Mielle Organics becoming the most sort after beauty brand among curly, texture and natural hair consumers. After four short years from concept to garage, Mielle Organics is available in top retail stores in the United states and over eighty-seven countries worldwide. Monique Rodriguez is dynamic and multi-faceted with a true love and appreciation for all things beauty related. Earning the self-proclaimed title of “A True Creative Maven & Innovator”, she has a vibrant media presence and has shared her brand story and entrepreneurial journey in several magazine features and national television appearances such as The Real and The Wendy Williams Show. Monique is also a wife and mother, resides in Indiana with her husband and COO of Mielle Organics, Melvin and their two beautiful daughters, Mia and Mackenzie. Monique Rodriguez is the owner, CEO & Founder of Mielle Organics that was inspired to share her regimen of healthy, tailbone-length hair with the masses. This was initially exercised with the creation of the first Mielle Organics product, the Advanced Hair Formula, a unique proprietary blend of herbs, amino acids and minerals to support healthy hair, skin and nails, and immune system.
After popular demand, Monique began to meet her customers with the products they demanded with the introduction of the Mint Almond Oil, acclaimed for its scalp sensation, root stimulation for hair growth and illustrious shine. Today, Monique’s products have welcomed a global and viral sensation, being sold in retailers Nationwide such as Sally Beauty, Target and CVS. Mielle Organics is armed with an array of products including best sellers: Babassu Oil and Mint Deep Conditioner, Mint Almond Oil, and the Organic White Peony Ultra Moisturizing Leave In Conditioner.
